I just got back from a good workout went well.I will now sit down and eat dinner a really healthy meal . I'm feeling good about things are starting to come together.

Hi guy,been sick lately so the good news is I really didn't eat much. The bad news I make up for it the last couple of days.I started to work out now at the Y. I still got to talk myself into going but once I do my work out I feel great.I hope all are doing great.

Here we go to the cut off 5% of your body weight. I hope we all make it past this weigh in. I don't think I lost more then 2 or 3 pounds but I will take it. I will see some of you sat. have a great night.

We are counting down to the cut down. I do hope that all of make it to the 5% of our body weight. I do know it is hard for some and easy for others. Like I said for me my eating is alright just the working out is my weakness. I hope all who make it will use your YMCA membership we get. I'm telling you and myself that it will help a great deal.
