Here we go to the cut off 5% of your body weight. I hope we all make it past this weigh in. I don't think I lost more then 2 or 3 pounds but I will take it. I will see some of you sat. have a great night.

We are counting down to the cut down. I do hope that all of make it to the 5% of our body weight. I do know it is hard for some and easy for others. Like I said for me my eating is alright just the working out is my weakness. I hope all who make it will use your YMCA membership we get. I'm telling you and myself that it will help a great deal. OK I had a bad week on working out I didn't. I keep telling myself  you got to work out I say OK then I don't.I fine it very hard to go by myself . I guess I got to deal with it some how. I hope you all have a great week.
